Policies manual

All riders must sign a waiver before participating in a ride. Minors must have parental consent. Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Children under the age of twelve in a bike lesson parent or guardian attendance is under the discretion of the instructor. No tour group size is to exceed Ten riders per guide under any circumstance based on the legislations of Jasper National Park. Every client will be briefed on bear safety and pedestrian passing before their ride. Bike checks will be done before every ride to ensure that clients have an appropriate bike which is in working order. Helmets are mandatory and every bike must have working front and back breaks. If riders do not have certified helmets or working bikes they may be asked to get appropriate gear or not participate at the discretion of the guide. We want our guests and staff to have a positive experience any verbal or physical abuse to our guides will not be tolerated. In the case of abuse yelling, screaming, inappropriate conduct clients will be asked to leave and not be reimbursed. Our guides are professionals and have extensive experience and training. Their number one priority is to keep you safe at all times. Terrain choices will be under the discretion of the guide and no guide is to take a client on unsuitable trails under any circumstance. Therefore no client is to insist on riding terrain in which the guide has decided they are not ready for. We currently only offer tours and lessons in English and cannot accommodate to another language. We operate in a National Park which means we operate on a leave no trace policy, pack garbage in and out.
